Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Boulder Topo mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Boulder Topo is a platform for climbers to share, discover, and document boulder problems and climbing areas. You must use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local laws.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Our App allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, photos, or other material ("Content").

2.1. Content Ownership and License

You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit. By posting Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the App.

2.2. Moderation and Approval

To ensure a high-quality experience, all new climbing areas and public content submissions are subject to review and confirmation by our administrators before they become publicly available. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate or violates these Terms.

2.3. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You agree NOT to post Content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening, or harassing.
• Contains explicit, pornographic, or violent material.
• Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks. (Do not upload images you do not own or have permission to use).
• Contains malware, viruses, or spam.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or post prohibited Content. Any user found to be uploading abusive or inappropriate content will be permanently blocked from the platform.

4. Safety and Liability

Climbing is an inherently dangerous sport. The topos, grades, and climbing information provided in this App are generated by the community and may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or safety of any information on the App. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions while climbing. We shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of this App or the information contained herein.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
